Learn about the terms
- In the case of the Gran Vall-Llonga area, we will try to respect its integrity in the distribution of spaces, as much as possible.
- All shared rooms have heating, and there is a space to leave backpacks and equipment.
- The bathrooms in the Vall-Llonga area are shared and have hot showers, toilets, and sinks.
- In the private area, all 5 rooms have private bathrooms and heating.
- The Lord Suite apartment consists of 3 rooms, equipped kitchen, bathroom, dining room, and a spacious terrace with views of the reservoir. It has individually adjustable heating.
- The maximum occupancy is 7 places (1 room with a double bed + 1 room with a single bed + 1 room with 1 bunk bed and 1 single bed + 1 single sofa bed for a child).
- The rental rate entitles you to use the common facilities, including the auxiliary kitchen (NOT available from 8 a.m. to 10 a.m. in the morning and from 8 p.m. to 10 p.m. in the evening due to breakfast and dinner services), dining room, pool, and outdoor spaces.
- The use of the pool will be from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. during the summer season.
- Children under 14 years old MUST always be accompanied by an adult.
- There is a waxing room (during the winter season) and a workshop with space to store bikes and other sports equipment, locked and at no additional cost. The use of the Multipurpose Room (indoor and heated room suitable for meetings, indoor activities, gym, etc.) will be by prior reservation and has a cost of €8/hour.
- If needed for the whole day, a special price will be arranged.
- The room is NOT suitable for entering or serving food or drinks.
- The Multipurpose Room cannot be used at night. We can arrange the rental of chairs and/or tables.
- The cost is borne by the customer.
- Pets are only allowed in the outdoor areas (except in the La Llosa room).
- In all cases, pets should not disturb the rest and stay of other guests.
- Owners are responsible for cleaning and control.
- There is free Wi-Fi available for guests.
- The accommodation has free parking. As of 9 p.m., drinking alcohol inside and outside the house is strictly prohibited.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited in the house, including terraces, inner patio, and pool area.
- The entry time to the premises is from 12:00 p.m., and check-in to the rooms is from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Please notify in advance if arriving late.
- The check-out time is at 10:00 a.m.
- Breakfast hours (with prior reservation) start at 8:00 a.m. and end at 9:30 a.m.
- Dinner time (with prior reservation) is at 8:00 p.m. Punctuality is requested.
- From 11:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m., silence must be observed in the house and its surroundings.
- Individual/family stays will be booked through the web platform with a credit card in all cases.
- Reservations can be canceled free of charge up to 7 calendar days before the arrival date.
- Reservations not canceled 7 days before the arrival date will be considered firm and will be charged in any case.
- For long stays (+5 days), a prior payment of a 30% deposit of the total stay amount will be required. The total amount of the reservation must be paid 7 days before the arrival date.
- Deposits are non-refundable.
- A credit card number will be provided as a guarantee, and for long stays, a security deposit of €150 will be requested, which will be refunded after the condition of the facilities is reviewed. All prices include a 10% VAT.
- Tourist tax NOT included.
